THE JOB
Were looking for a Paid Social Manager (Mid Level) to plan execute and optimize our paid social campaigns across Meta LinkedIn and TikTok. This role is ideal for someone with strong hands-on experience in paid social who is ready to take ownership of performance while collaborating closely with the performance market team creative team and partnering with other key stakeholders across the business.
Youll manage campaigns across multiple European markets test new creative and audience strategies and help scale our inbound lead generation and brand presence through data-driven experimentation.
Key Responsibilities
Execute and optimize paid social campaigns on Meta LinkedIn and TikTok in alignment with marketing and business goals focused on lead generation.
Manage the end-to-end campaign lifecycle from audience targeting and ad creation to testing optimization and reporting.
Monitor budgets and performance metrics (CPL CTR CPC CPM CAC) to ensure efficient and scalable campaign delivery.
Collaborate with design brand and BI teams to develop high-performing creatives and landing pages.
Support the development of testing frameworks (creative messaging audience segmentation and bidding) to improve campaign outcomes.
Analyze results and share insights to inform broader marketing strategies and future campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with the SEA CRO BI Brand and Sales teams to localize campaigns drive expansion and improve lead quality across markets.
Requirements
35 years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns on Meta LinkedIn and/or TikTok.
Demonstrated success driving lead generation and brand awareness through paid social.
Strong grasp of paid social metrics and performance optimization techniques.
Proficient with ads managers analytics tools and dashboards.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
Curious data-driven and comfortable testing new ideas to improve performance.
Organized and proactive with strong attention to detail and a growth mindset.
