Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle MFG consultant to join our Hyderabad-based team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Oracle Cloud and EBS Manufacturing modules with hands-on experience across multiple full-cycle implementations configuration and post-production support.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and execute end-to-end implementations of Oracle Cloud Manufacturing modules WIP (Discrete Manufacturing) Inventory Costing Work in Process and Bills of Material (BOM).
Conduct fit-gap analysis gather business requirements and map them with Oracle Cloud functionalities.
Perform configuration testing and production support for Oracle Manufacturing modules.
Prepare key project documentation including BR100 (Setup Documents) MD50 (Functional Design) TE20 (Test Scripts) and User Training Materials using AIM/OUM methodology.
Identify gaps in standard Oracle processes and recommend practical effective solutions.
Handle data migration consolidation and conversion during implementations.
Assist with user training testing cycles and post-go-live support.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
510 years of overall experience in Oracle Manufacturing Functional domain.
Minimum 4 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Manufacturing; remaining experience can be in Oracle EBS.
Must have completed 23 full-cycle Oracle Cloud implementations.
Strong functional knowledge of WIP (Discrete Manufacturing) Inventory Costing Work in Process and BOM modules.
Proficiency in AIM/OUM methodologies and related documentation.
Excellent communication and client interaction skills.
Experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud is mandatory.
Knowledge of Supply Planning is an added advantage.
Role Summary:
As a Manufacturing Functional Consultant you will drive Oracle Cloud Manufacturing implementations and provide comprehensive post-production support. This role offers a hybrid work model based in Hyderabad with an evening shift (4 PM 12 AM IST) aligned with global project operations.
