What will your days look like at LGI Solutions Santé
Reporting directly to the Director of Products the Product Manager transforms strategic vision into concrete intuitive and high-performing solutions directly contributing to the improvement of care and the experience of healthcare professionals.
How will your contributions be highlighted
- Participate in developing the strategic vision and lifecycle of a portfolio of clinical products with leadership and ensure regular communication with stakeholders.
- Gather understand and translate client needs requirements and challenges into actionable insights to refine the product and ensure alignment with client expectations.
- Develop and maintain the product roadmap manage priorities by evaluating the value of enhancement requests create precise user stories and approve developments to ensure strategic coherence.
- Provide leadership to development teams by offering necessary client context and ensuring understanding of the clinical environment.
- Collaborate closely with implementation quality assurance and deployment teams to ensure the quality compliance and safety of delivered products.
- Establish and maintain trusted relationships with healthcare network partners and key users.
- Represent the product in relevant forums. Offer training or demonstrations when needed.
- Actively participate in client support with internal teams by leading evaluations in response to challenges encountered.
Qualifications :
What youll bring to LGI Solutions Santé to succeed in this role:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Digital Health or any other relevant experience.
- 5 years of experience in product management (software) business analysis or digital transformation in the Quebec Healthcare sector.
- Knowledge of the Clinical Sector Care Processes Health Information Systems and Clinical Data Systems Interoperability.
- Excellent understanding of interface design and user experience (UI/UX) principles.
- Knowledge of systems used in the Quebec Healthcare network would be a strong asset.
- Familiarity with Agile principles and product management tools (Jira Azure DevOps etc.).
- Strong collaboration skills autonomy and ability to thrive in a constantly evolving environment.
- Pragmatic Marketing certification or equivalent is an asset.
- This position requires bilingualism as the candidate will work with documentation in both French and English and communicate orally and in writing with French- and English-speaking partners clients suppliers and colleagues.
