Job Summary
- Internal opportunity in the Housing and Homelessness team
- Full-time Ongoing position
- Based in Wendouree
Your new role
As the Customer Service Officer (CSO) you will be a central point of contact for all the Karrung clients staff and people visiting the this role you will provide support and customer service for the program and members of the team and will participate in the delivery of the service and development of the programs.
Your skills and experience
- Cert IV or higher in Community Services and/or substantial experience in Customer Service.
- Current Victorian Drivers license.
- Experience in a Customer Service role.
- Experience in working with young people is preferred.
- High level of interpersonal skills
