Senior Designer, Civil

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Civil Designer to join our team at our Gold Coast office. Reporting directly to the Principal youll be part of a dynamic team of over 430 professionals across the this role you will play a key part in the design and delivery of land development projects.

Specifically:

•  Review sketches drawings and engineering data received from external consultants clients and internal stakeholders
•  Create detailed engineering designs and construction drawings compliant with industry standards and codes
• Analyse and prepare reports drawings planning and design documents for urban development projects
•  Liaise with stakeholders on a regular basis to manage project variations

Qualifications :

•  High level technical knowledge of industry codes and standards
•  Proven project design delivery experience
•  Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
•  High level industry awareness and engagement
• Relevant tertiary qualifications. use of 12d ACAD 12d drainage PC Drain
• Experience in preparation of concept and detailed designs for land development projects
