Job Summary
Shift Lead Coastal Car Wash (Pawleys Island SC)
Coastal Car Wash a sister company of Coastal Chevrolet Cadillac Nissan is a state-of-the-art car wash located in Pawleys Island SC. Were currently seeking a Full-Time Shift Lead who must be 18 years or older and available to work weekday afternoons evenings and weekends on a rotating schedule.
Were looking for a dependable and motivated leader with prior management or supervisory experience who thrives in a fast-paced team-oriented environment. Car wash experience is not requiredwell provide full training! Coastal Car Wash is family-owned and dedicated to delivering the best customer experience possible in a clean fun and energetic workplace.
Responsibilities:
Lead and support team members during assigned shifts to ensure smooth daily operations.
Guide cars into the wash area with a focused and friendly demeanor.
Ensure all employees follow proper procedures and safety guidelines.
Handle customer questions or concerns professionally to ensure satisfaction.
Assist with daily equipment checks and maintenance to keep everything in top working order.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the property including vacuums and trash areas.
Communicate effectively with management about staffing maintenance or customer issues.
Perform other duties as assigned to support overall operations.
Requirements:
Previous management or leadership experience is required.
Must be available to work weekday afternoons evenings and weekends.
Full-time position with flexible scheduling (MondaySaturday 7 AM8 PM; Sunday 9 AM8 PM).
Must be 18 years or older.
Must pass a drug test and background check.
Able to stand crouch and walk for long periods and work in all weather conditions.
Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Positive attitude strong work ethic and reliable transportation required.
