Senior Associate – Portfolio Analytics (Fund Administration)

As a Senior Associate within the Portfolio Analytics & Reporting team you will work directly with top-tier commercial real estate private equity investment firms acting as a strategic bridge between investment professionals and accounting teams. You will support a wide range of services designed to streamline quarterly reporting and provide clients with accurate and reliable performance metrics.

What youll do 

• Youll assist in quarterly investment valuations by gathering data preparing and reviewing models and producing valuation summaries.
• Youll prepare performance metrics for investor communications and fundraising materials to support strategic decision-making.
• Youll support audits and financial reporting by organizing documentation responding to auditor requests and ensuring timely deliverables.
• Youll monitor fund liquidity and capital availability through tracking projections credit lines and cash balances.
• Youll collaborate across teams and drive improvements by working with stakeholders and optimizing processes through technology integration.

• The salary for this position will be dependent on experience and location ($70000 - $90000). 

Qualifications :

• You have 25 years of experience in real estate finance private equity public accounting or fund administration.
• You bring strong analytical and technical skills with proficiency in portfolio analytics data management and advanced Excel functions.
• You hold at least a Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance and may also have a CPA MBA or CFA designation.
• You excel in client service and teamwork communicating professionally and accepting feedback constructively.
• You manage multiple projects with precision staying organized meeting deadlines and producing high-quality detail-oriented work.
