The team is driven by purpose and impact collaborating closely with commercial sales marketing product and engineering teams to deliver meaningful results for clients.

Get to Know the Role

• Grab For Business is looking for an Assistant Manager Planning & Projects to support strategy planning and program management across 8 Southeast Asian markets.
• You will report to the Senior Manager GFB Planning & Projects and are based onsite in Petaling Jaya.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

For the part of Grab For Business you are assigned to work on:

• You will lead strategic planning
  • Ensure a well-coordinated strategy including clear assessment on where the business stands and where you think it should be in the future
  • Establish systematic plans to realise strategy including defining clear goals (e.g. $ GMV) and what are the programs and projects needed to be executed to achieve these goals
  • Program-manage / project-manage including managing cross-functional teams until goals are achieved
• You will collaborate with your Product counterpart to leverage Product to achieve your goals:
  • Discovery:
    • Identify target customer segments (who to build for) gather user requirements (what to build)
    • Conduct impact sizing and prioritization
    • Design and execute proofs-of-concept as needed
    • Determine roadmap sequence and launch timings
  • Delivery:
    • Lead go-to-market operationalization of new business opportunities.

Qualifications :

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• You have at least 5 years of experience in a strategy business analysis or similar-type role
• You have proficiency in SQL
• You have strong analytical and organisational skill i.e. able to define a clear strategy to achieve a business objective develop a plan to systematically realise the strategy and program-manage the plan to fruition
• You have strong communication skill i.e. able to synthesise large amount of information into clear messages to driven decision-making and securing stakeholder support
