As an Early Childhood Educator at Goodstart youll ignite a love of learning in children guiding their development with purposeful and energetic teaching practices. Youll build strong meaningful relationships with families ensuring every child feels a profound sense of belonging and is supported to thrive. Youll need:

• Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved)
• Solid few years experience as Educational Leader
• CurrentVICWorking with Children Check
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
• Proven ability to mentor coach and lead teams
