In this Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Use analytical skills reasoning and engineering judgment to develop new and innovative products and technologies
- Design components including injection molded plastics die and investment castings stampings machined parts etc.
- Collaborate with global cross-functionalproject teams to ensure new designs meet internal requirements and industry standards
- Support prototype construction laboratory testing and agency testing during the product design cycle
- Apply sound engineering practices to solve quality issues
- Provide continuation engineering support for existing products
- Interact with software electrical manufacturing marketing supply chain sales and customers on technical matters
- Identify and implement product and process cost reductions and improvements

- Pursuing a bachelors in engineering

- Ability to work full-time (40 hours) per week in-person at a Twin Cities location(Shakopee Chanhassen or Eden Prairie MN)
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
- GPA of 3.0 or above
- Prior internship experience
- Strong written & verbal communication
