Job Summary
- Performs general maintenance duties as it relates to troubleshooting and repair of multiple types of residential/commercial HVAC plumbing electrical appliance equipment and routine building upkeep and repairs.
- Responsibilities also include general maintenance tasks on laundry commercial kitchen equipment domestic water fire protection and alarm.
- Responds to residential work orders as directed by lead technician/supervisor.
- Utilizes maintenance management system software to document data including but not limited to work order completion issue resolutions.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or GED equivalency required.
- Valid Drivers License required.
- Minimum three (3) years of progressive experience in general maintenance required.
- CFC certification or ability to obtain within initial 90-days of hire.
