Job Summary
Pay Range: $18.00 to $19.75 per hour
The position will perform clerical duties in support of the Belgravia Plant Maintenance Department.
Essential Functions:
- Maintain computerized preventative maintenance management systems data entry of work order parts and labor.
- Upload/verify shipping of all completed loads verifying product into SAP
- Establish maintain and assemble PM bill of material parts as scheduled.
- Create PM planning inventory and maintenance reports.
- Receive stock and issue storeroom parts.
- Research and expedite parts as requested.
- Maintain storeroom and parts receiving area in an organized and uncluttered condition.
- Perform cycle counts as required to maintain accurate inventory.
- Assist supervisors and/or lead persons as required.
Qualifications :
- One (1) - two (2) years experience in inventory control preferably in a maintenance environment.
- Must be computer literate in Microsoft Office
- Purchasing knowledge highly beneficial.
- Possess good phone communication and organizational skills.
- Possess basic mechanical knowledge.
- Must be able to read write legibly and communicate in English.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and work off a ladder.
- Must be able to function in a fast-paced environment and be capable of handling multiple tasks and priorities.
