The Maintenance Level C position is an entry level maintenance position in the facility. Level C Technicians assist with repairing maintaining and installing production and manufacturing equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with all Stratas GMP standards.
- Repair and install production and manufacturing equipment.
- Inspect equipment to ensure optimal performance and identify potential issues.
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks with supervision.
- Assist in Diagnosing and troubleshooting complex equipment malfunctions.
- Use advanced hand tools and electrical/mechanical tools proficiently.
- Maintain and promote a clean and safe work environment.
- Strictly adhere to safety protocols and procedures.
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
- Some knowledge in pneumatics hydraulics bearings power transmissions and lubrication.
- High school diploma or GED; additional technical training or certifications preferred.
- Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical principles.
- Capability to follow detailed instructions and work effectively as part of a team providing support to production as needed.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Physical ability to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects.
- Strong commitment to safety and attention to detail.

- Solid background in manufacturing and food processing industries with experience in optimizing production processes and ensuring equipment reliability
Physical: Ability to sit/stand/walk for long periods of time while performing job duties. Must be capable of working in confined spaces and from heights bending kneeling able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and must be able to wear a respirator.
Sensory:
Mental/Reasoning: Must be able to analyze information quickly to provide feedback in the manufacturing process and troubleshoot equipment failures
