Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated professional to join our team as a Banking Specialist Client Static Data. In this role you will be responsible for the accurate management of client static data ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements. This is a full-time on-site position aligned with the Singapore time zone.
Your key tasks
- Monitor and manage Client static Data accurately
- Understanding of client static data elements (e.g. name address legal entity tax IDs account relationships) KYC aspects and impacts
- Responsible for meeting agreed service level and turnaround times in all assigned activities
- Excellent attention to detail accuracy risks and controls
- Cross coverage support within Banking Operations Division when required
- Work as per Singapore time zone
- This role requires full-time presence in office with no provision for remote work
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in business Finance Economics or other related area
- 2 years of experience in Banking Operations client data management or back-office processing in the banking or financial services domain
- Positive pro-active and can-do attitude with a high degree of independence integrity flexibility and reliability
- Proficiency in MS Excel (lookup filters pivot basic formulas)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with structured and unstructured data
- Good communication and coordination skills to work with cross-functional teams
- Continuous improvement attitude (Kaizen Six Sigma) to guarantee the best service and client experience.
- Excellent English knowledge (written and oral)
