Job Summary
A global engineering firm is expanding its gears manufacturing capability and is seeking experienced machinists for a high-precision production environment.
Open Roles:
- 5 Axis Mill Turn Operators 5 positions
- Grinders (External & Internal) 4 positions
- Detailers (Benchwork) 2 positions
- Gear Cutters (Gleason / CNC) 2 positions
Key Equipment Experience:
- Okuma U3000 (Fanuc controls)
- Studer S21 / S33 / S110 / S145
- Phoenix 280C Lorenz Liebherr Shaper
- Klingelnberg & Optical Measurement systems
Qualifications :
Required Skills:
- 5 Axis machining
- Cylindrical & internal grinding
- Gear cutting (Bevels Rolling)
- CNC programming
- Klingelnberg & optical metrology
Training will be provided on specific machines but prior process experience is essential.
