Job Summary
Female Care Assistant Todmorden
We are looking for a female care assistant to support older people in their own homes. Visits are mainly short tea visits with occasional morning visits. A car and valid driving license are required.
Expected Hours: 1015 per week
Schedule: Alternate weekends weekdays negotiable morning and tea calls
Work Location: Todmorden
Responsibilities:
Personal care & medication reminders
Meal prep and assistance with eating/drinking
Companionship & conversation
Accompanying clients to appointments and activities
Shopping household tasks and prescription collection
Requirements:
Female applicants only (genuine occupational requirement due to personal care needs)
Care experience preferred but not essential
Good communication skills
Ability to follow care plans
Benefits:
Mileage allowance (30p/mile)
Minimum 1-hour visits
28 days holiday pension training & support
