Corporate & Securities Associate Attorney $310k$390k Austin TX (Hybrid)
An AmLaw 50 firm is seeking a Corporate & Securities Associate to join the Austin offices dynamic and rapidly growing practice representing some of the most cutting-edge clients in the worldincluding top venture-backed startups private equity funds and emerging growth companies.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent venture-backed and private equitybacked companies in financings mergers acquisitions and general corporate matters.
Draft and negotiate investment documents operating agreements and purchase agreements.
Advise founders and investors on complex corporate and securities issues.
Collaborate closely with partners and cross-office teams on fast-paced high-growth client matters.
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure exceptional service delivery.
Qualifications:
46 years of law firm experience in venture financings private equity M&A or general corporate matters.
Active member of the Texas Bar (or ability to waive in).
Excellent communication drafting and interpersonal skills.
Strong academic credentials and a collaborative mindset.
