Were recruiting for2 Gas Engineers contractually based out of our Basingstokeoffice. Youll cover Basingstoke and the surroundingNorth Hampshire areaon a full time permanent basis working39 hoursper week. Whilst well try to keep you local you may need to travel to and work from any of our other sites across Hampshire to help other teams when needed.

Well provide you with a van & fuel card for your travel. Youll also participate in the emergency on-call rota. As part of the on-call rota youll be paid at competitive rates. Youll also have access to a performance related bonus scheme based around your on-target earnings and rewarding you for your hard work!

Heres the facts about the role:

As a gas engineer youll carry out repairs maintenance and servicing of domestic boilers and appliances in line with gas safety regulations. Identifying faults and testing controls to ensure theyre in full working order. Youll complete gas safety checks in line with guidance and regulations completing all necessary paperwork to fulfil our obligations. Youll interact with our customers & help them to understand how to effectively use their heating & appliances. Therefore good communication skills are key!

Youll have CCN1 CEN HTR unvented and CPA technical qualifications which youll need to provide proof of at interview stage. Essential electrics would be beneficial.

Youll also have a full clean current driving licence (held for at least 1 year) so you can drive one of our vans

This role is subject to a satisfactory licence check and a basic disclosure check
