A Day in the Life
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
- Provides commercially-oriented coordination and guidance to management and business units on tenders administration.
- Prepares and administers the technical and pricing material for each tender coordinating with all parties involved.
- Researches tracks and coordinates tenders and contracts.
- Ensures compliance with company policies and local legislation.
- Facilitates any management approvals required for price levels and contract terms for tenders.
SPECIALIST CAREER STREAM:Typically an individual contributor with responsibility in a professional discipline or specialty. Delivers and/or manages projects assigned and works with other stakeholders to achieve desired results. May act as a mentor to colleagues or may direct the work of other lower level professionals. The majority of time is spent delivering and overseeing the projects from design to implementation - while and adhering to policies using specialized knowledge and skills normally acquired through advanced education.

Required Knowledge and Experience:High School Diploma or equivalent with 2 years of relevant experience in Tenders or Contracts or equivalent experience (OR Associates Degree with 1 year(s) experience OR Baccalaureate Degree).
For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A). .
