Your Impact:

Effectively lead the packaging lab and kitchen departments of the operations.

Responsible for the production plan of the facility and to overseeproduction inventory quantities andproduct flow of finished goods intofulfillment.

Develop and implement strategymetricsand SOPsfor departments.

Hire train mentor coach and develop team leadership

Support systems andlogisticsto ensure efficiencies and effectiveness in facility productionand ensure effective communication across teams

Uphold safetyqualityand compliance standards
