Job Summary
At Lewis Ford were more than just a dealership were a family committed to providing our customers with an exceptional experience every time they visit. Were looking for an energetic and personable Showroom Hostess to be the friendly face that welcomes guests and sets the tone for a great visit.
What Youll Do
Greet customers warmly as they enter the showroom and make them feel welcome
Direct guests to the appropriate team members or departments
Answer basic questions about our vehicles services and dealership amenities
Maintain a clean organized and inviting showroom and guest lounge area
Offer refreshments and ensure guests are comfortable while they wait
Assist the sales team with light administrative or hospitality tasks
What Were Looking For
A friendly outgoing and professional attitude
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
Ability to multitask in a busy environment
Previous experience in hospitality customer service or reception preferred
