To champion the Perfect Store program by setting global best practices driving flawless execution and enabling stakeholders to deliver consistent high-quality in-store excellence that boosts visibility availability and shopper experience. Perfect store is a big lever for Mars Wrigley India to achieve our 2030 strategy. This will help us in strengthening our fundamentals and winning with our customers.
Job Responsibilities
Program Design & Execution
Lead the design and rollout of the Perfect Store framework embedding global best practices.
Integrate trade loyalty program design to drive consistency scalability and sustain business impact across regions.
Stakeholder Enablement
Build alignment with sales trade marketing and merchandising teams to ensure a unified approach.
Strengthen relationships with Marketing and Research effectively leveraging shopper insights to enhance program design and in-store effectiveness.
Drive knowledge sharing capability building and execution excellence across markets.
In-Store Excellence
Ensure flawless program execution in-store leveraging Research & Evaluation (RE) to drive better offtake and same store growth.
Deliver superior visibility availability and shopper experience at the point of sale.
Track measure and optimize in-store performance to reinforce Perfect Store standards.
Job Specifications
Knowledge/Experience
MBA from premier B school with 5-6 years experience in front line sales regional or national sales roles.
Strong business acumen and ability to convert insights into action.
Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across functions.
Strategic thinking with strong execution focus.
Strong commercial acumen and deep understanding of frontline sales challenges.
Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.
Analytical mindset with ability to measure learning effectiveness and impact on business results.
