Are you passionate about building innovative web solutions that make a real impact As a Senior Web Developer on our AgExpert team youll design and deliver modern applications that help Canadian producers thrive driving the future of agriculture technology alongside a collaborative creative and technically excellent team.

In this role youll architect design and deliver full-stack solutions for AgExperts web platforms working closely with developers stakeholders and technical leads to bring robust scalable and user-centered features to life. Youll play a key part in maintaining and enhancing existing systems adding new features and fixing bugs in our commercially available agriculture software.

What youll do

Drive the architecture and development of modern web applications using the latest technologies

Lead design sessions and collaborate with talented peers to solve complex technical challenges

Write clean maintainable code and champion best practices in code reviews

Mentor and inspire other developers helping the team grow and innovate

Optimize solutions for performance scalability and business impact

Be a key contributor to the evolution of AgExperts software directly supporting Canadian agriculture

What youll need

A bachelors degree in computer science engineering mathematics or statistics and at least 10 years of relevant experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)

Advanced skills in Angular 19 Core 8 TypeScript SCSS NodeJS Yarn Azure DevOps Git SQL Server and Entity Framework 7

Proven experience with both front-end and back-end development for enterprise web applications

Familiarity with cloud platforms (preferably Azure) code reviews unit testing and DevOps practices

Experience mentoring or coaching developers

Knowledge of design patterns and their practical use

Experience with commercial agriculture software React Docker or Kubernetes is an asset
