German Support Specialist On-Site Role in Sofia, Bulgaria

Your Core Responsibilities

As the main point of contact for our German clientele you will:

• Be the Go-To Contact: Manage all traveler and corporate client inquiries exclusively in German via phone email and live chat.
• Resolve Technical Issues: Help users navigate set up and troubleshoot technical or usage issues related to our travel platform and management tools.
• Ensure Smooth Travel: Quickly diagnose and solve problems with bookings itineraries and technical glitches to guarantee high client satisfaction.
• Document Carefully: Accurately log all customer interactions and resolutions within our system.

Non-Negotiable Requirements

To be considered for this role you must meet the following criteria:

• Language Skills: You need native or near-native German fluency (C2 level) along with strong professional English proficiency (B2 level).
• Location: This is a fully on-site position based in our office in Sofia Bulgaria.
• Legal Eligibility: You must hold a valid EU/EEA/Swiss citizenship a Refugee Card or a Residency Card that is valid for over one year. We regret that we cannot accept applications requiring a Work Permit or Blue Card sponsorship.
• The company will provide all necessary IT and office equipment.

Schedule and Rewards

Work Hours

You will work a full-time 40-hour rotational schedule. Your daily 8-hour shift will fall between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM (Monday through Sunday) including two rotating days off each week.
