About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated B2B Digital Sales Specialist with fluency in Spanish and English to join our growing team in Sofia. This role is focused on developing new business opportunities driving sales growth and building strong client relationships in the tech and digital advertising space.
Key Responsibilities

Drive business development lead generation and qualification across Spanish-speaking markets.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with B2B clients.

Present and promote digital advertising and technology solutions tailored to customer needs.

Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting qualifying presenting negotiating and closing deals.

Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client success and satisfaction.

Stay updated on market trends competitors and industry developments.
Requirements

Fluency in Spanish (C1) and English (C1).

Minimum 2 years of sales experience ideally within tech or digital advertising.

Solid knowledge of business development lead generation and qualification methodologies.

Strong communication negotiation and presentation skills.

Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales goals.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setup.
Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: 3267 BGN gross/month

Target Bonus: up to 2000 BGN gross/month
