Job Summary

Position: Stick Welder

Perform stick welding on precast concrete components and embedded steel hardware
Read and interpret basic welding blueprints and specifications
Maintain welding equipment and ensure proper safety procedures
Work in a production environment with concrete forms and rebar assemblies
Must be able to lift 50 lbs and work in outdoor conditions

Requirements:

Prior experience with stick welding (SMAW)
Familiarity with precast concrete or structural steel preferred
Ability to follow safety protocols and work independently
Reliable transportation and punctuality
PPE

Pay Rate:

Up to $22/hr based on experience

Schedule: As early as 5 AM -Til finish
