Parts Washer Outside Sales Specialist

Safety-Kleen is looking for aSales Representative to join their safety conscious team. The Parts Washer Sales Specialist is directly responsible for the profitable revenue growth for SKE Parts Washer line of business. The majority of time will be spent conducting business development.

Pay Range: $70-80k Annually plus uncapped commission

Territory: The position will be based out of Fargo ND.

• Prepare and deliver customer quotes;
• Prospect and convert leads into customers;
• Achieve monthly sales quotas/budgets;
• Revenue growth in SKE Parts Washer Services in assigned territories. Revenue and unit placement growth must meet target Company goals and must be consistent from year to year including meeting and exceeding outside revenue expectations and unit placement expectations on a monthly quarterly and annual basis;
• Drive new and profitable SKE Parts Washer business growth through cold calling networking internal and external leads existing customers and other associated methods
• Work with Sales leadership and others in formulating developing prioritizing and implementing market strategies market penetration and business goals and objectives for assigned job types within the specific line of business.
• Ensure that a specific business development strategy that includes a plan to clearly define each customers non-price value proposition is developed and employed. Ensures that the buying process around each opportunity is fully assessed and that substantive discussions with all decision-makers are conducted with the objective of influencing the decision-making criteria
• Communicate with all local Business Development agents (Sales Representatives and Account Managers) regarding specific line of business capabilities to ensure that the Agent can effectively communicate advantages we provide versus the competitors services
• Maintain company/contact information and document all sales calls customer visits and business opportunities in Salesforce software.
• Communicate in advance to a salesperson or business development agent any plan to contact or call on a customer or prospect owned by said salesperson or agent; Assist with significant job scopes and customer appointments as necessary

• Valid drivers license and reliable form of transportation required.
• Tenacious assertive strong organizational skills and a hunter mentality;
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 3-5 years of related experience
• Negotiation skills
• Customer service oriented
• Excellent Interpersonal / communication skills
• Working knowledge of business development revenue enhancement and market penetration
• Experience with waste determination and waste disposal technologies
• Ability to travel 50%-75% of the time
