A leading AmLaw 50 firm is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate to join its Dallas office. This nationally recognized team represents clients across a wide range of industries in complex commercial disputes and insurance bad faith litigation offering high-level courtroom exposure and sophisticated case work from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle complex commercial and insurance litigation from inception through resolution.
Draft and argue motions pleadings and discovery responses in state and federal court.
Take and defend depositions assist with trial preparation and manage multiple active matters.
Collaborate with partners to develop comprehensive litigation strategies and deliver superior client results.
Thrive in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment with direct client interaction.

Qualifications:

37 years of commercial litigation experience including insurance bad faith matters.
Proven ability to draft argue and manage complex motions.
Excellent research writing and advocacy skills.
Strong attention to detail and sound judgment.
Active member of the Texas Bar (required).
