As a Reporting Analyst youll collaborate closely with business lines to transform data into meaningful insights that drive strategic decisions. Youll design develop and maintain reports dashboards and analytical solutions while learning advanced data and business intelligence skills. This is a great opportunity to grow your technical expertise and influence data-driven decision-making across the organization.Key Accountabilities
Partner with business lines to gather requirements and deliver clear actionable reporting solutions.
Analyze data sets to uncover insights and trends that inform business strategies.
Develop and maintain SQL stored procedures data sets and dashboards following departmental standards.
Collaborate with the Corporate Intelligence team to enhance data models and automation capabilities.
Create data visualizations and metrics that effectively communicate business performance.
Validate data accuracy through testing documentation and quality assurance processes.
Map business processes and document data flows to support consistency and transparency.
Continuously identify opportunities to improve data access quality and reporting efficiency.
Education & Experience
Required:
Bachelors degree in Business Computer Science or a related field or equivalent experience.
Foundational understanding of database concepts reporting tools and data analysis methods.
Preferred:
Experience with SQL development data visualization tools or business intelligence platforms.
Exposure to data mapping data mining or business process documentation.
