The Opportunity
As a Risk and Compliance Advisor II youll play a key role in safeguarding our organization by partnering with business teams to identify and assess operational and compliance risks related to new and existing products services and technologies across cybersecurity domains. Youll contribute to risk oversight activities support the development of risk mitigation strategies and help ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Demonstrating your foundational knowledge of cybersecurity and risk management you will analyze data trends engage in cross-functional discussions and support improvements to risk monitoring and reporting processes.

We offer a flexible work environment that requires an individual to be in the office 4 days per week. This position can be based in one of the following locations: Charlotte NC or Tampa FL.

Compensation range: The salary range for this position is: $63590 - $121530.

Compensation: USAA has an effective process for assessing market data and establishing ranges to ensure we remain competitive. You are paid within the salary range based on your experience and market data of the position. The actual salary for this role may vary by location.
Employees may be eligible for pay incentives based on overall corporate and individual performance and at the discretion of the USAA Board of Directors.
