Job Summary
Are you passionate about customer service and fluent in French Join our dynamic team in Portugal to support a world-leading home appliance brand! Were hiring for a Customer Champion role with flexible options: work on-site in our Lisbon office or remotely if you currently live anywhere else in Portugal.
What Youll Be Doing
As the direct voice for our French-speaking customers youll manage contacts via phone email and chat. Your main job is to provide solutionswhether its troubleshooting a product explaining usage or handling after-sales support. Youll need to listen actively resolve issues efficiently and ensure every customer hangs up happy. Accurate logging of all interactions is key to our success.
Essentials for the Role
- Flawless French: You must be native or near-native (C2) in both speaking and writing.
- Good English: At least B2 level is required for training and internal communication.
- Location: You must have the legal right to work in Portugal.
- Customer Focus: A genuine desire to help people and solve problems.
- Experience: Previous customer service or call center work is a plus but not necessary! We provide thorough paid training.
Working Life & Rewards
Your schedule will be rotational Monday to Saturday between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM. You get Sunday off plus one additional rotating weekday off.
