Job Summary

Are you a highly articulate French speaker looking for a fantastic career opportunity in Portugal Were hiring Customer Success Advocates to support users of a major international home appliance brand. You can choose to work on-site in our modern Lisbon office or remotely if you currently reside anywhere else in Portugal.

In this vital role youll be the primary point of contact for our French-speaking customers. Youll handle inquiries via phone email and chat focusing on troubleshooting product issues providing usage guidance and ensuring swift effective after-sales support. Your goal is to resolve problems efficiently keep customers happy and accurately log all interactions.

What We Need From You:

Native or Near-Native Fluency in French (C2). Exceptional verbal and written communication is a must.
Professional English Proficiency (minimum B2). Needed for internal communication training and documentation.
The legal right to work in Portugal.
A strong dedication to providing an excellent customer experience.
Prior experience in customer support or a call center is helpful but not essentialwe provide comprehensive training.

Work Details and Excellent Benefits:

Your schedule will be rotational operating Monday through Saturday between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM.
Youll get one fixed day off (Sunday) plus one additional rotating day off during the week.
