As a Technical Support Specialist youll ensure that digital content is accurate meaningful and optimized while supporting advertisers with top-quality assistance.

Your Responsibilities

• Curate and extract online content tailored to industry cultural and market context.

• Ensure logical accurate and impactful content extraction for digital marketing campaigns.

• Write review and optimize advertising text extensions and creatives.

• Apply final adjustments to campaigns in line with process quality guidelines.

• Develop expertise in digital content and advertising processes becoming a trusted point of reference.

• Deliver high-quality technical support ensuring advertiser satisfaction and success.

What Were Looking For

• Portuguese C2 (native-level fluency)

• English B2 (upper-intermediate proficiency)

• Strong communication skills both written and spoken.

• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

• Adaptability to work in a fast-paced international environment.

• Basic familiarity with digital content marketing or technical support is a plus (training provided).

• Mandatory: Ability to provide a birth certificate for employment documentation.

Salary & Benefits

• 1100 EUR gross monthly salary 300 EUR performance bonus.
