About the Role
As a Dutch-speaking Onboarding Account Manager you will be responsible for guiding new advertisers through the onboarding process of Google Ads products. Youll act as a trusted advisor ensuring smooth implementation and strong client satisfaction.
Your main tasks:

Support new clients during their onboarding phase for Google Ads
- Understand each clients goals and create campaign setups that deliver measurable results

Offer proactive optimization tips and digital marketing advice

Ensure a high-quality customer experience from setup to activation
Requirements

Native or fluent Dutch (C2) and good English (B2)

Previous experience or knowledge of Google Ads is a must

Background in sales account management or online marketing

Excellent communication analytical and customer-facing skills

Willingness to work on-site in Barcelona
