Your Tasks
- Maximize programmatic revenue through data analysis pricing strategies floor optimization
- Identify levers to increase available inventory and optimize monetization based on potential
- Analyze bid landscapes fill rates and CPMs to identify trends inefficiencies and opportunities
- Support the definition of pricing strategies and inventory management practices to ensure sustainable revenue
- Gather and validate data on current inventory pricing and performance to understand their interdependencies and revenue impact
- Monitor key retail media metrics with a focus on onsite ads to continuously improve yield performance
- Provide regular reporting on revenue performance opportunities and risks
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends changes in privacy regulation (e.g. GDPR TCF) and ad tech innovation.
Your Profile
- Mandatory: Proven experience in online media with a strong focus on inventory optimization and yield management in retail media
- Solid knowledge of media performance metrics (impressions CTR CPM CPC ROAS etc.) and their relevance to retail media onsite ads
- Strong understanding of digital advertising technologies (e.g. Google Ad Manager OpenRTB header bidding
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data tools such as Looker Tableau or Google Analytics.
- Strong communication skills to present insights clearly to stakeholders
- Experience in a retail e-commerce or digital media environment is a plus
