Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnostic procedures.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Provide a wide range of dental treatments including restorative preventative and aesthetic services.
- Educate patients on oral health hygiene practices and the importance of regular dental visits.
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure optimal patient care and satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient records and treatment plans.
- Stay updated with current dental practices and advancements in dental technology.
- Participate in continuing education programs to enhance professional skills.
Essential Qualifications:
- Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from an accredited institution.
- Valid dental license to practice in British Columbia.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members.
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care and adherence to ethical guidelines.
Desired Experience:
- Experience in a clinical dental setting is preferred but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Familiarity with current dental technologies and treatments.
- Experience in managing a diverse patient base and adapting to their needs.
Salary & Benefits:
- Annual salary commensurate with experience and qualifications.
- Competitive compensation package in Canadian Dollars $350000 to $450000 per year
