Job Summary
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Abbott GmbH in Austria is looking for a Health Insurance Billing Specialist(m/f/d) based in our office in Vienna.
Main responsibilities:
- Responsible for health insurance billing
- Ensures that all activities are performed in compliance with quality system requirements.
- Make sure all necessary data/documents for billing are sent to HIC in time.
- Review test certificate from OptaData and take action if necessary.
- Review settlement from HIC and take action if necessary.
- Invoice adjustments creation of debits and credits.
- First contact for OptaData.
- First contact internally and externally for HIC billing-related topics.
Qualification:
- Apprenticeship as Office Clerk/Business school/Business Academy.
- Adequate work experience.
- Basic product knowledge.
- Strong communication skills both verbal (incl. telephone) and written.
- Keen on numbers accurate.
- Good MS Office knowledge & ERP system knowledge.
- Strong team player proactive working method.
- Basic economic understanding.
- Fluent in German and English Level B1.
In accordance with legal requirements the minimum salary by the collective agreement (KV-Handel for at least 7 years of professional experience) is 2609 on a full-time basis. However we offer a market-based overpayment which depends on qualifications and experience.
