Were looking for a high-performing Strategic Sales Coordinator to serve as the operational backbone of our Strategic Sales team. This role is designed to reduce friction accelerate execution and ensure our sales leaders can focus on driving growth. Youll be the connective tissue between sales marketing finance and customer experience turning ideas into action and strategy into results.
This position will serve our Rheem Residential Air and Water Division located in Roswell GA. This is a hybrid position.
Own and drive key sales support functions including promotion/program submittals pricing coordination budget tracking and sales/marketing plan execution.
Streamline cadenced tasks by developing and managing efficient processes that improve speed and consistency.
Coordinate cross-functional follow-ups and ensure timely communication with internal stakeholders and external customers.
Prepare and maintain sales reports KPIs dashboards and presentations to support strategic decision-making.
Organize and execute sales meetings planning sessions and customer-facing events.
Serve as a trusted liaison between Strategic Sales and functions like marketing sales enablement customer experience and finance.
Deliver a premium experience to select high-value customers through proactive communication and follow-through.
Anticipate needs and act with agility to support a fast-paced result-driven sales environment.
Perform other duties as assigned
Bachelors Degree in Business Sales or a combination of equivalent education and experience in lieu of a degree.
5 years in a sales support sales operations or administrative role within a commercial organization
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
Comfort with ambiguity and a bias for action
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce)
Appreciation for data-driven insights and performance metrics
Resourcefulness creativity and a proactive mindset
HOW TO STAND OUT:.
Experience in project management or process improvement
Familiarity with the HVACR and/or plumbing industry
Exposure to tools like Power BI Smartsheet or project management platforms
