Health Care Transactions Associate Attorney Greater Detroit Metro Area (Hybrid)
A leading AmLaw 50 firm is seeking a Health Care Associate with 14 years of experience in health care law and a strong foundation in contract drafting and negotiation. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with senior attorneys on a wide variety of regulatory and transactional matters across the health care and life sciences industries.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft review and negotiate a range of agreements including:
Clinical Trial Agreements (CTAs)
Data Use Agreements (DUAs)
Material Transfer Agreements (MTAs)
Business Associate Agreements (BAAs)
Draft acquisition agreements and related corporate documents.
Advise clients on compliance with FDA regulations HIPAA the Common Rule ICH-GCP guidelines and other research-related data privacy and security frameworks.
Assist in developing policies and templates for clinical research programs.
Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on complex regulatory contractual and transactional matters.
Provide general corporate support including entity formation capitalization governance and supplier/customer agreements.
Qualifications:
14 years of experience in health care or life sciences law.
Strong background in contract drafting and negotiation.
Excellent analytical writing and communication skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple matters in a collaborative fast-paced environment.
Admission to the Michigan Bar (or eligibility to waive in).
