Elevate is partnering with a well-established Omaha based firm that is seeking a hands-on driven Business Manager to help oversee and elevate all aspects of their daily operations. This is a pivotal hire for the firm our client is seeking an individual who thrives in a trusted close-knit environment and enjoys taking ownership across all HR functions internal bookkeeping and general office functions.

Responsibilities

Manage and oversee all HR functions including onboarding benefits and employee relations
Handle full-cycle bookkeeping in QuickBooks AP AR Payroll and reconciliations
Lead office management responsibilities to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Partner closely with ownership to identify operational improvements introduce new ideas and implement solutions where they are seen and needed
Serve as a trusted internal resource for the owners and employees
