Meeting room & Device Management Engineer

The expected salary for this position: 9 600 - 18 000 PLN
The financial ranges specified in the announcement are adjusted and may differ from the range specified in the remuneration regulations.

Were looking for you if:

• you have minimum of 3 years of experience in IT with a focus on Teams meeting room systems and/or mobile device management

• you are proficient in configuring and managing Intune for mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM) Intune policies compliance settings and conditional access

• you have strong knowledge of managing Android and iOS devices

• you are familiar with Apple Business Manager and Android Enterprise

• you are proficient in Powershell and you have experience with automated deployment in Azure DevOps Pipeline

• you have strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently

• you have excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders and provide clear documentation

• you have experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborating with IT facilities and other departments.

Youll get extra points for:

• relevant certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate Microsoft 365 Certified: Collaboration Communications Systems Engineer Associate Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate Microsoft Certified: Security Compliance and Identity Fundamentals or similar

• degree in computer science Business Administration IT Audit or a related field or equivalent work experience.

Your responsibilities:

• Teams meeting Room Systems Support: Provide support for meeting room technologies such as Microsoft Teams Rooms on Windows/Android AV equipment video conferencing systems and Teams phones while ensuring smooth integration with collaboration tools

• Mobile Device Management: Oversee and maintain Android and iOS devices including familiarity with Apple Business Manager and Android Enterprise

• Microsoft Intune Expertise: Configure and manage Intune for Teams rooms/devices on Windows and Android mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM) including policies compliance settings and conditional access

• Networking & Security: Maintain a strong understanding of network protocols endpoint security solutions authentication encryption data protection compliance regulations and privacy concerns

• Automation & Deployment: Develop automation scripts using PowerShell and manage automated deployments in Azure DevOps pipelines

• Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with IT teams facilities and other departments to ensure seamless device operations.
