Job Description & Summary: At PwC our purpose is to build trust in society and solve important problems. Within Advisory PwC has a large team that focus on transformation in Government with focus on Infrastructure Transport & Logistics through Digital inclusion. The open position is for a candidate who desires to work with such clients and bring about a change in society. A successful candidate will be expected to work pro-actively and effectively on multiple client engagements over the period of time and take ownership of the entire project delivery he/she entrusted with.
Responsibilities o Preparing DPR Tendering and associating agency for: Review best practices from leading environmental centers . o Conduct stakeholder consultations and expert interviews. o Develop prototypes and HR planning models. o Iterate drafts with feedback loops and regulatory vetting. o Organizational Structuring Recruitment Formulation. o Organizational Development Formulating HR strategy & workforce planning o Preparing HR policy Organizational Recruitment Policy Structure with job profile qualification & experience o Prepare contract agreement document and o Training & Development
