This is a 6-month secondment opportunity to join the team as our Associate Platform Owner. Youll join a dedicated team to support the development and operations of our enterprise systems. To be successful in this role you will possess:
An understanding of the telco industry.
Experience with CMS Source Widesales and Jira/Confluence (desirable but not essential).
Experience with either Cisco WebEx Contact Centre (WxCC) or Calabrio (desirable but not essential).
Previous experience in Systems/Business Analysis (desirable but not essential).
Experience in process/systems improvement.
Knowledge of best practice change management principles.
Awareness and understanding of hardware networks software technologies and applications
How will you support our Why
As our Associate Platform Owner your responsibilities will include:
Translating business goals into specific software requirements.
Providing advice on Enterprise Systems and applications.
Working with Platform Owners to manage project scope by making trade-offs between competing software requirements such as time vs. cost and software security vs. speed.
Liaising with the Platform Owners to prioritize features schedule and costs based on their relationship to business goals company policies software architecture constraints and software development team capabilities.
Curating and manage key relationships with key Enterprise System stakeholders including vendors ABB internal teams and partners.
Ensuring that the solution is successfully meeting business goals and users needs.
