About the role
Were seeking aFaults Coordinator to play a critical role in the gold-class dispatch of on-demand field work and emergency response during major events. This position ensures optimal deployment of internal and contractor resources balancing cost-efficiency with high customer satisfaction. With a strong focus on safety KPIs productivity and quality the coordinator maintains data integrity while supporting seamless operations. Their ability to prioritise and respond swiftly to faults ensures minimal disruption and maximum service reliability making them an essential link between field teams and operational success.
