Were seeking someone to join our team as an Associate in ISG Equity Operations to provide support to the Global Morgan Stanley Prime Brokerage Operations Team to ensure delivery of best in class service to both our stakeholders and our clients.
In the Operations division we partner with business units across the Firm to support financial transactions devise and implement effective controls and develop client relationships.

What youll do in the role:
- Execute processes/functions and/or support process management and project efforts leveraging knowledge of the systems markets and instruments that influence the team
- Recognize risk in day-to-day processes to draw out the key issues and contribute to process improvements
- Build relationships within team and internal stakeholders sharing knowledge to contribute to team output
- Participate in projects and initiatives aiding in solution formulation with a focus on timely execution
- Provide daily client cash and asset transfer support with a focus on time sensitive transactional settlements investigations and queries in a highly sensitive environment.
- Review and approve client transactions in both cash and securities perform Callback Verifications and collaborate with Global Operations teams on delivering top tier client service. What youll bring to the role:
- Ability to establish clear goals and priorities and address non-standard issues within area of expertise with minimal guidance and supervision
- Subject matter expertise in business area supported client requirements and ability to ensure control is not compromised to comply with client requests
- Culture carrier across Operations embracing the Firms core values
- Moderate knowledge of both domestic and international wire formatting
- Moderate knowledge of bank messaging (Swift)
- Moderate knowledge of bank account reconciliations
- Strong communication/interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of PowerBI Alteryx and/or MS Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Demonstrates excellent attention to detail when analyzing or interpreting data.
- Displays well-developed ability to comprehend reason and process complex data.

- Breaks down problems/issues into smaller more manageable parts.
- Asks appropriate questions to source and validate data in order to support comprehensive analysis; consult subject matter experts where needed.

- At least 2 years relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role

Salary range for the position: $51000- $83000 / Yr. The successful candidate may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. The successful candidate may be eligible to participate in the relevant business units incentive compensation plan which also may include a discretionary bonus component.
