What You Can Expect
Manage OSATs suppliers quality.
Collaborate with suppliers on Continuous Improvement Programs.
Oversee periodic quality reviews with suppliers (Yield DPPM CPK ORM) and drive improvements.
Conduct supplier and host customer audits.
Manage Supplier Process Change Notices.
Chair Material Review Board (MRB) and handle non-conformance material disposition.
Manage supplier/customer 8D implement effective corrective/preventive actions.
What Were Looking For
Bachelors degree in engineering-related field
At least 3 years of relevant experience in Semi-Conductor Assembly/Test/Bumping industry.
Experience in Process Packaging QA or Supplier Quality Engineering in semiconductor manufacturing.
Experience in advanced assembly packaging (CoWoS) is a plus.
Knowledge of 8-Discipline report FMEA SPC and DOE.
Supplier audit experience familiarity with ISO9001 and VDA6.3 audit processes are an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proficiency in written and spoken English.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced multitasking environment. Must be a team player.
