Are you passionate about building innovative mobile solutions that empower Canadian producers As a Senior Mobile Developer on our AgExpert team youll design and deliver modern mobile applications that help shape the future of agriculture technology. Youll work alongside a collaborative creative and technically excellent team making a real impact in the lives of our customers.

In this role youll architect design and deliver robust user-centered mobile solutions for AgExperts platforms. Youll collaborate closely with developers stakeholders and technical leads to enhance existing systems add new features and ensure our mobile applications are reliable scalable and impactful for Canadian agriculture.

What youll do

Lead the architecture and development of mobile applications using the latest technologies

Facilitate design sessions and collaborate with talented peers to solve complex technical challenges

Write clean maintainable code and promote best practices in code reviews

Mentor and inspire other developers fostering growth and innovation within the team

Optimize mobile solutions for performance scalability and user experience

Play a key role in evolving AgExperts mobile software directly supporting Canadian agriculture

What youll need

A bachelors degree in computer science engineering mathematics or statistics and at least 10 years of relevant experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)

Advanced skills in C# .NET 9 MAUI XAML (UI) Linq to Entities EF Core 8 Autofac and xUnit

Proven experience developing and maintaining mobile applications for enterprise environments

Familiarity with cloud platforms code reviews unit testing and DevOps practices

Experience mentoring or coaching developers

Knowledge of design patterns and their practical use

Experience with commercial agriculture software or cross-platform mobile frameworks is an asset
