A leading AmLaw 50 firm is seeking a Litigation Associate with 35 years of experience in construction and real estate commercial litigation to join its San Antonio office. This is an excellent opportunity to handle complex high-stakes disputes while working with a team that values collaboration precision and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage construction and real estate litigation matters from inception through resolution.
Draft and respond to pleadings motions and discovery requests in state and federal court.
Take and defend depositions work closely with expert witnesses and develop comprehensive case strategies.
Collaborate with partners and clients to deliver exceptional service and practical solutions.
Handle multiple active cases while maintaining high-quality work under tight deadlines.

Qualifications:

35 years of experience in construction and/or real estate commercial litigation.
Proven ability to draft motions argue hearings and manage complex discovery.
Strong written and oral advocacy skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Active Texas Bar membership required.
