Receive IT requests from customers via phone chat email and our ticketing tool
Help resolve incidents and customer requests
Communicate with both technical teams and customers in English and Dutch
Support your teammates by helping to distribute incoming requests
Provide remote assistance to end users
Investigate and diagnose end-user issues
What we expect:
Fluent English and Dutch at B2 level or higher
Good communication and expression skills
Ability to work in a team
