What will you learn with us

  • Receive IT requests from customers via phone chat email and our ticketing tool

  • Help resolve incidents and customer requests

  • Communicate with both technical teams and customers in English and Dutch

  • Support your teammates by helping to distribute incoming requests

  • Provide remote assistance to end users

  • Investigate and diagnose end-user issues

What we expect:

  • Fluent English and Dutch at B2 level or higher

  • Good communication and expression skills

  • Ability to work in a team
