About the Role
You will lead the development and implementation of the schools SEND strategy managing a team dedicated to supporting students with additional needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of SEND provision and compliance
Manage EHCP processes and interventions
Train and mentor teachers in adaptive practice
Collaborate with external agencies and families
Facilities and Resources:
Dedicated SEND base and resource centre
